 What an honor it is to assist couples & their guests with such an important day in their lives! As a wedding and special events planner, day of coordinator, or wedding officiant, I give it my sincere best. 

From many years in wedding services, coordinating highly successful annual triathlons, producing and directing shows on our community theater stage, years of organizing our island Community Thanksgiving, being a school teacher, and highly involved in community service, I pay attention to details, follow through, and have quality connections with people. I have found great satisfaction in helping others and making sure couples are connected with not only quality vendors, but also those with the human touch of kindness and sincerity. 

My wife, Kathryn, and I met in 1984 and were married in 1989. We love our two wonderful products of our love, Emilie and Thaddeus.

 I enjoy living on Orcas Island and in the San Juans in all of its seasons: by the warmth of the fire, growing food, kayaking, hiking, running, swimming, hammocking by the lake during the long days of summer, hunkering with a good book in autumn, marveling at nature's beauty.
