Why can’t my friends or family help out?
They can. It's fun to plan a wedding or special event! A coordinator helps however much is needed or desired as do friends and family. What is the difference in a venue coordinator and a wedding coordinator?
A venue coordinator oversees the on site staff, to make sure they are fulfilling their contractual obligations, serving food on time, etc. A lot of times the venue coordinator is not there for the duration of the event &/or they have other events they are overseeing on property during the same time. A wedding coordinator works only for you to make every aspect run smoothly, greet all your vendors, send out a timeline prior, make sure you are having a great time celebrating and to ensure that your vision has become a reality by giving attention to details.

Every wedding and couple is different. I encourage my clients to come up with an amount they feel is comfortable to develop and design a wedding that is right for them. Happy to help meet your budget.
How do I sort through all of the information that's out there?
The moment a couple is engaged, they may find themselves surrounded by well-meaning friends and family who are suddenly experts in wedding traditions and etiquette. Couples can feel overwhelmed by advice and find that some of it may conflict with their own ideas of how they envisioned their wedding day and details. I'd recommend soliciting help if you want help and communicating what is important to you, while valuing and validating those who want to help. We can help sort through what is out there and what fits your style and desires.
How does the process work?
Well, it depends which process. For officiating services we go back and forth with communication, personalizing your ceremony so it is exactly the way you would like it to be. For pre-wedding planning, we find out what your ideal wedding would look like and how we can make that happen. Then we find out if you would like to have a day of wedding coordinator to make sure all goes smoothly We create a timeline, a vendor list, and every detail that will create a successful time. For the packages, we find out what your interests are as well as the interests of your guests, and create the perfect package that best suits your needs.
